MOCA Jewelry is based in Lusaka, Zambia. Local pickup is from MOCA STYLE - Kabulonga, Unit 47B, 50A Sable Road, Kabulonga, after you receive a Ready for pickup notification.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery: 3–5 business days. We will notify you when your order is ready for dispatch or self-pickup. Please wait for this notification before travelling to collect.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Local pickup is available from MOCA STYLE in Kabulonga. Please wait until MOCA sends a Ready for pickup notification before coming to collect.
Do you deliver in Lusaka?
Yes. Local delivery within Lusaka is K100 per order for eligible orders and will be shown at checkout.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes. A complimentary MOCA message card is available so your own words can complete the gift.
How do pre-orders work?
Some pieces may be offered before they are available for immediate collection. Please review the Pre-Order & Deposit Policy for the terms that apply to those orders.
How do I choose the right piece or finish?

Launch offers are only valid when officially announced by MOCA. Any active code, dates and conditions will be shown clearly on the website during the campaign.
