MOCA JEWELRY TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms apply when you use the MOCA Jewelry online store or place an order with MIA Trade and Investment Limited, trading as MOCA Jewelry, in Zambia.
Products and product images
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately.
Because screens, lighting, hand finishing, and production can create small differences, colour and surface appearance may vary slightly from digital images.
Product measurements are approximate unless expressly stated as exact.
Prices and promotions
Prices are displayed in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) unless the store clearly states otherwise.
Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions.
MOCA30, where active, is applied only when correctly entered and accepted at checkout and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Orders and availability
Submitting an order does not prevent us from declining or cancelling it where reasonably necessary, including:
• payment failure
• suspected fraud
• an obvious pricing or product error
• a genuine inability to supply the item
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will arrange a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled item.
Pre-orders and payment
Where a piece is expressly offered as a pre-order, it may be secured by full payment or, where arranged directly with MOCA, by a 50% advance deposit.
Any remaining balance is due before collection or delivery.
Collection and delivery
Unless a different timeframe is clearly disclosed, orders are normally prepared within 3–5 business days.
Local delivery within Lusaka is currently charged at K100 per order.

Do not travel to collect until MOCA Jewelry sends a “Ready for pickup” notification.
Returns and product issues
Returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged items, defective items and incorrect items are handled under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Jewelry care and manufacturing defects
MOCA jewelry should be treated with reasonable care.
Avoid unnecessary exposure to harsh chemicals, perfume, chlorine, salt water, abrasive cleaners and heavy impact.
Normal wear, surface scratches, accidental damage, misuse, loss, or gradual cosmetic changes caused by wear are not manufacturing defects.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, contact us with your order details and photos.
Intellectual property
The MOCA Jewelry name, branding, original product concepts and designs, photographs, videos, graphics, copy and other original store content may be protected by intellectual-property laws.
They may not be copied, reproduced, commercially exploited, or used to manufacture competing products without authorization.
Third-party services
The store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, communication or delivery services.
Their own terms and privacy notices may apply where relevant.
Liability and consumer rights
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MOCA Jewelry is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Zambia, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that applies by law.
