Jewelry Care & Warranty
MOCA Jewelry pieces are designed to be worn and loved. A little care will help preserve their finish and appearance.
How to care for your jewelry
- Store pieces separately in a clean, dry place when not in use.
- Avoid prolonged contact with perfume, hairspray, lotions, harsh chemicals, household cleaners, chlorine, and salt water.
- Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, intense exercise, or activities that may expose it to heavy impact or abrasion.
- Clean gently with a soft, dry, non-abrasive cloth. Do not use abrasive polishing compounds unless MOCA specifically confirms they are suitable for your finish.
Manufacturing defects
If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, contact MOCA Jewelry with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will assess the item and, where appropriate, arrange repair, replacement, exchange, refund, or another remedy.
What is not normally a manufacturing defect
Normal wear, minor surface scratches, accidental damage, loss, misuse, bending or impact damage, damage caused by chemicals or improper cleaning, and gradual cosmetic changes from everyday wear are not normally considered manufacturing defects.
Your legal rights
This care and warranty information is additional to, and does not replace or limit, any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Zambian law.
