Shipping, Delivery & Local Pickup
Every MOCA Jewelry order is prepared with care so it arrives ready for the moment it was chosen for.
Order preparation
Unless a product page clearly states a different pre-order or production timeframe, orders are normally prepared for delivery or local pickup within 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Zambia.
Local delivery in Lusaka — K100
Local delivery within Lusaka is charged at a flat rate of K100 per order. The delivery option and charge will be shown at checkout. Customers outside Lusaka should contact MOCA Jewelry before ordering so we can confirm whether another arrangement is available.
Local pickup — MOCA STYLE, Kabulonga
Local pickup is available from MOCA STYLE - Kabulonga, Unit 47B, 50A Sable Road, Kabulonga, Lusaka, Zambia. Please do not travel to collect your order until you receive a specific Ready for pickup notification from MOCA Jewelry. An order confirmation alone does not mean the order is ready.
When your order is ready, we will contact you to confirm collection details. Please bring your order number or order confirmation and the name used for the purchase.
Delivery details and delays
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable contact number. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery, or requested re-delivery may be charged where reasonable.
We make reasonable efforts to meet the stated timeframe, but delays may occasionally occur due to payment verification, stock availability, production, courier disruption, public holidays, severe weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If we become aware of a material delay, we will try to contact you using the details provided with the order.
Problems on arrival
Please inspect your order promptly. If an item is lost in transit, visibly damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact MOCA Jewelry as soon as reasonably possible so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.
If your gift is needed for a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can help you plan the timing.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Zambian law.
