MOCA Jewelry Pre-Orders
Some MOCA pieces may be offered before they are available for immediate local collection. When a product is sold as a pre-order, the product page or order communication will identify it as such.
How to secure a pre-order
A pre-order may be secured by full payment through an available checkout method or, where arranged directly with MOCA, by a 50% advance deposit. For deposit orders, the remaining balance must be paid before the order is released for collection or delivery.
Cancellations and deposits
Please choose carefully before confirming a pre-order. Where a 50% deposit arrangement is made for a specifically reserved or ordered piece, that deposit is normally non-refundable once the pre-order is confirmed because stock or production is committed against the order. This does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other remedy that must be provided under applicable law.
Timing
Unless a different timeframe is clearly disclosed for a particular pre-order, the standard MOCA preparation target is 3–5 business days after the order can be fulfilled. If a specific pre-order requires a longer production or arrival period, that timeframe will be communicated before or at the time of order.
For collection, please wait for a specific Ready for pickup notification before travelling to MOCA STYLE, Kabulonga.
Problems with an order
If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the order, contact MOCA Jewelry as soon as reasonably possible so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law in Zambia.
